Albury Landfill Site 1

The project involved designing and constructing over 500 lineal meters of stormwater drainage exiting the tip. It involved laying pipes, building pits and protecting all surface drainage lines with TRM450. A sediment basin was also constructed which was also protected with TRM450. Albury Landfill is the only tip in Australia that has a reinforced vegetated drainage system that filters the water  before it exits the tip into local creeks. This is one of two drainage projects that BTL has done at Albury Landfill.
